Standard UK MAINLAND delivery allow approx 5 working days.
Express UK MAINLAND delivery allow 48 hours. ( 1-2 working days )
All items will require a signature as proof of delivery, please provide an alternative delivery address where a signature can be obtained.

All orders received on-line after - 12.30 pm will be processed for dispatch the next working day.
Delivery costs to Europe: £16.50 - single item, dependant on weight of parcel. £2 kg max weight per parcel. All orders received on line after 12.30 pm will be processed for INTERNATIONAL despatch the next working day.
European Delivery times will vary according to the Country. However as a guideline delivery should take approx 7-10 working days, from day of despatch.
Rest of World. Delivery times will vary according to the Country. Approx 10--15 days from date of despatch. Prices will vary for Delivery according to the country. We will inform you of the cost / option available for International / Rest of World delivery. standard rate approx £32.00 for one item, weighing no more than 2 kgs.
Should you need to return anything, you may do so within 14 days of receipt of goods for an exchange or refund. The goods must be unworn and in its original packing / box. ( This does not affect your statutory rights ) We are not liable for any returns postage / delivery costs. We do not refund the costs of sending / despatch of the goods out, as we partly subsidise this anyway. Customers are liable for the cost of posting / despatch and any returns costs. It is recommended to obtain a proof of posting / receipt if returning goods back to us. Also if the goods exceed a higher value than £50. It would be wise to pay the extra compensation cover offered by Royal mail, in case of a loss / non show of the goods coming back. You will have to then make a claim against the Royal Mail for loss of the item, as their standard compensation is approx £32.00. It is strongly advised for the extra cost to cover you peace of mind. As we are not liable for any goods that do not come back to us as a result of them going missing through the Royal Mail.
GUARANTEE. All products that we sell are of brand new quality. we do not sell seconds. Occasionally we may only have the display item available for your chosen order, if we feel the item shows a little ( worn look ) we will of course contact you to inform you of this, we can then offer a discount on the item, or if you prefer an alternative item. Should a product appear to be faulty, then please contact us, where we will endeavour to resolve the issue as soon as possible for you. Our recommendation is for 6 months liability.
Legal guarantee for faulty goods
In addition to the above, we recognize the statutory 2-year guarantee for product faults. A product is "faulty" if received damaged or where a manufacturing or material fault occurs within 2 years (or the longer period that may be set forth by your local law) from the purchase. Please note that Products damaged due to wear and tear are not considered faulty. Please note wearing a product for everyday use, will increase the wear and tear factor considerably, so that 2 years wear can easily be achieved within a few months. As a rule of thumb we recognize that 6 months is a fair limit as to the duration of a product showing a fault. Especially in the cases of unconstructed footwear and lighter materials, such as Canvas footwear.
SIZING. We quote the UK sizes on our website, however most sports shoes come in the USA sizes first, and most of the European products come in Euro sizes first, just to confuse everyone. Please note that the fittings / sizes can vary greatly from brand to brand. We strive to give our customers a true and fairly accurate idea of size where possible.
