DELIVERY.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      Standard delivery allow 3--5 working days.  Express delivery allow 24--48 hours. All items will require a signature as proof of delivery, please provide an alternative delivery address where a signature can be obtained.               Standard Delivery costs: To Mainland UK.    1 item £5.50.  2 items £8.00  3 items £10.00  4 items or more £12.00 Express Delivery costs: To mainland UK.  1 item £10.00.  2 items £12.00   3 items £15.00.  4 items £18.00            N.ireland / Channel Isles / Isles of Wight / Man / Outlying Scottish Islands  £ 3.00 surcharge will be added to your invoice / bill per item.              Delivery costs to Europe: £12.00 --£15.00 per single item, dependant on weight of parcel. £2kg max weight per parcel.        Saturday delivery also available via Royal Mail. £15.00 per parcel up to weight of 2 kg.

RETURNS.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           Should you need to return anything, you may do so within 14 days of receipt of goods for an exchange or refund. The goods must be unworn and in its original packing / box. ( This does not affect your statutory rights )  We are not liable for any returns postage / delivery costs. We do not refund the costs of sending / despatch of the goods out, as we partly subsidise this anyway. Customers are liable for the cost of posting / despatch and any returns costs.  It is recommended to obtain a proof of posting / receipt if returning goods back to us. Also if the goods exceed a higher value than £30--40. It would be wise to pay the extra compensation cover offered by Royal mail, in case of a loss / non show of the goods coming back. You will have to then make a claim against the Royal Mail for loss of the item, as their standard compensation is approx £28.00. It is strongly advised for the extra cost to cover you peace of mind. As we are not liable for any goods that do not come back to us as a result of them going missing through the Royal Mail.

GUARANTEE.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             All products that we sell are of brand new quality. we do not sell seconds. Occassionally we may only have the display item available for your chosen order,  if we feel the item shows a little ( worn look ) we will of course contact you to inform you of this, we can then offer a discount on the item, or if you prefer an alternative item. Should a product appear to be faulty, then please contact us, where we will endevour to resolve the issue as soon as possible for you.    

SIZING.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      We only quote the UK sizes on our website, however most sports shoes come in the USA sizes first, and most of the European products come in Euro sizes first, just to confuse everyone.  We have included a true size chart for your convenience. Please note that the fittings / sizes can vary greatly from brand to brand, so it is not a rule of thumb im afraid, just a guideline.   There are also some USA companies now showing some very odd sizings on the boxes, ( ie> Columbia  USA 14.   UK 13.5.   Euro 49 1/3rd. ) As you all know there can be no such size as a 49 1/3rd. They are now even more silly and confusing ) So we will keep to the UK size we feel is the correct for you.
